Mat Sculpt is a full-body Pilates workout designed to lengthen, strengthen, and tone you from head to toe. This class blends classical Pilates with dynamic sculpting sequences using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight for added intensity. Expect smooth, controlled movements and, of course, pulses, that fire up your core, upper and lower body. As a result you will achieve improved flexibility, endurance and posture.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, this class offers a challenging, yet, accessible burn. Our Mat Sculpt class is low impact with a high reward, that will leave you feeling aligned, energized, and sculpted.
Reformer 101
New to Pilates, or just getting back into movement? This class is the perfect place to start. Reformer 101 introduces you to the fundamentals of Pilates, while focusing on proper form, breath, and body awareness.
You’ll learn how to safely navigate the equipment, while building strength, flexibility, and core stability through slow, controlled movements. Modifications for limitations will be taught so that you can safely and confidently move through a class. Expect a spicy, low-impact workout that will leave you feeling confident, aligned, and empowered.
Reformer 101 is deal for first-timers, those recovering from a break or injury, or anyone wanting to master the basics before leveling up. Don’t be fooled by the “101”! This class will still challenge you and work your whole body, but at a slower pace.
Reformer
This class uses the Reformer to build strong, lean muscles and reduce tension. The resistance-based movements help promote optimal body function. Through controlled movements, this class enhances core strength while improving flexibility, balance, coordination and overall body awareness. Modifications and advancements are offered throughout the class. You can move at your pace, while still feeling challenged in all the right ways. Expect a mix of core work, stability challenges, and muscle-toning sequences, that improve posture, mobility, flexibility, and overall endurance.
This class is ideal for people who have done Pilates before and have no serious injuries, or limitations. Not sure where to start? Try our Reformer 101 class.
Jumpboard
Who doesn’t want to do cardio while lying down? Get your heart pumping in this 50 minute, cardio-focused class, featuring the Pilates jump board. Designed for high-energy movement with low impact on your joints, this workout builds stamina while keeping your body supported. Jumping helps stimulate your lymphatic system, challenge your fast twitch muscles, build bone density and develop proprioception. Whether you’re looking to break a sweat or shake up your routine, Jumpboard is your new go-to for higher-intensity, feel-good movement. The music will be pumping so come ready to move, sweat and get your pulse up.
All levels are welcome in this class but it is not intended for those with leg or hip injuries or for those that are pregnant.
50/50 Jump
Not ready for a full 50 minute jumpboard class, but still want the cardio aspect? 50/50 Jump is perfect for you! This hybrid class delivers the best of both worlds! With the class spilt between jumpboard work and reformer sequencing, you will build stamina and cardiovascular strength and experience the powerful benefits of a regular reformer class. While jumpboard focuses more on legs and core, this class will give you a more full body workout, with cardio mixed in. You’ll kick things off with a low-impact cardio segment, using the jumpboard to fire up your legs, glutes, and core, while keeping it joint-friendly and fun. Traditional Reformer exercises that focus on strength, control, and full-body alignment will be layered into this class.
Whether you are wanting to experience the advantages of jumping, or wanting to build up your stamina for a full jumpboard class, this class will give you what you are looking for.
